#1 Resource for Magnet Fishing
Do you want to look for the "treasure" at the bottom of the water, but also clean the waterways? Magnet fishing is fashionable and already invades the world's rivers.
Fishing with Magnets, what is it?
Magnet fishing also commonly called magnetic fishing involves throwing a neodymium magnet attached to a long rope into a water well: lake, river, sea...
This activity combines the ecological aspect with the treasure hunt. The most commonly used magnets allow you to catch large waste, such as bicycles, scooters, rifles, safes, ammunition, coins and auto parts.
Most new followers are dedicated to this hobby in the hope of finding rare or valuable items.
The magnet fishing kit
Magnet : There are several models of single-sided, double-sided N52 neodymium magnets. The larger the magnet, the larger the objects. Rope : must be strong, thick (at least 1 cm in diameter) and strong.
Claw :This accessory has 3 long teeth.
Designed to complement your fishing gear with the magnet, it will be very useful for lifting heavy or non-metallic objects buried at the bottom of the water. When the magnet cannot go up, the clamp enters the scene. Gloves : a pair of solid gloves ideally made of sturdy leather for optimal protection when handling trapped objects.
What metals are attracted by a magnet?
If a strong magnet is placed near the gold, copper, zinc, iron, silver and aluminum plates, only the iron plate will be attracted. The other metals mentioned are not sensitive to magnetic magnet attraction.
